Terms & Conditions

1.    Eligibility:
•    The game is available to all Vodafone customers, excluding suspended customers and customers on old RED rate plans.
•    The game is free for all Vodafone customers.

2.    Types of Gifts:
•    Daily gifts and gifts from the gift page are available for customers to redeem using sufficient stars.

3.    Daily Gift (100MB):
•    Customers receive a daily gift (100MB) for making a correct prediction.
•    The daily gift must be redeemed within one day.
•    Daily gifts have redemption fees ranging from 0 to 3EGP.
•    Redemption can be done through the ANA Vodafone app or by dialing *66*1#
•    The validity of the daily gift is between 3-6 hours.

4.    Gift Page:
•    The gift page includes MBs, GBs, Samsung TVs, Samsung mobiles, JBL speakers, and in-game coins and daily subscriptions on TOD.

5.    Gift Shop Prizes:
•    Customers win prizes from the gift page by redeeming a sufficient number of stars.
•    Gifts must be redeemed within 3 days.
•    Mega prizes of the gift shop can be redeemed for free, except for the megabytes and gigabytes, where a redemption fee ranging from 0 to 3EGP is applied as stated on the redemption button.
•    Redemption can be done through the ANA Vodafone app or by dialing 661#.
•    Customers have a validity period of up to 3 days to use the gift.

6.    Aspirational Prizes (Smartphones, TVs, 50,000 EGP):
•    Customers are disqualified from winning if manipulation of the company's operating systems is proven or if there is a kinship with any Vodafone employee up to the fourth degree.
•    Prizes are collected from the company's headquarters in the Smart Village - Vodafone Building C2 within two weeks of receiving the text message. In case of absence, the prize is given to another customer.
•    The company reserves the right to cancel the prize for non-compliance with specified promo conditions.
•    Customers can receive the daily gift a maximum of once per day and ten times per month.
•    TVs and Smartphones are available until there is no stock available.

7.    Vodafone's Right to Change Terms:
•    Vodafone reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotional offer without notifying customers.
